High Frequency Helical Serrated Finned Tubes

Tex-Fin can produces Welded Finned Tubes in many different tube sizes, ranging from 3/4″ up to 7″ OD and with an a variety of fin configurations and metal combinations to meet your heat transfer needs. Tex-Fin also produces High Frequency Welded Finned Pipe.

Tube Sizes: 7/5″ O.D. to 6.625″ O.D.
Fin Heights: ¼” to 1″
Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035″) to 12 ga. (.102″)
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.

The more common pipe and tube materials that we use are: Carbon Steel, Chrome Moly, Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys which can be furnished in lengths up to 100 feet. The more common fin materials are: Carbon Steel, 304, 316, 321, and 409 Stainless Steels.

WHEN REQUEST A QUOTE PLEASE SPECIFY:

Number of pieces. Tube: Diameter, thickness, length and material specification. Fin: Type, material, spacing, thickness, height and unfinned end lengths. Delivery period required.

Fin Heights: 3/8″ to 1 ½”
Fin Thicknesses: 22 ga. (.035″) to 12 ga. (.102″)
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.

Longitudinal Finned Pipe & Finned Tubes

Our longitudinal fin, in the form of a U-shaped fin channel, is resistance welded along the tube’s longitudinal axis.

Tube Sizes: ¾” O.D. to 12″ NPS (12.75″ O.D.)
Fin Heights: 21″ to 1 ½”
Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035″) to 18 ga. (.050″)
Material: Brass, Mild steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys.
