Materials

  • Helical Serrated Finned Pipe/Tubes
  • Serrated Finned PipeOur serrated fin is a metal strip that has been serrated or cut and then helically wound around the specified tube. The fin is welded to the tubular base using the M.I.G. weld process.

    Tube Sizes: 1" O.D. to 12" NPS (12.75" O.D.)
    Fin Heights: 3/8" to 1 ½"
    Fin Thicknesses: 24 ga. (.022") to 16 ga. (.060")
Fin Pitch: 1 to 8 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.

  • Helical Solid Finned Pipe/Tubes
Solid Finned PipeOur solid fin, in the form of a metal strip, is helically wound around the specified pipe/tube and continuously fillet welded to the tube using the M.I.G. weld process.
  •

Tube Sizes: 1" OD to 12" NPS (12.75" OD)
    Fin Heights: ¼" to 1 ½"
    Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035") to 12 ga. (.102")
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be arc welded.

  • Longitudinal Finned Pipe/Tubes
Longitudinal Finned PipeOur longitudinal fin, in the form of a U-shaped fin channel, is resistance welded along the tube's longitudinal axis.

    Tube Sizes: ¾" O.D. to 12" NPS (12.75" O.D.)
    Fin Heights: .21" to 1 ½"
    Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035") to 18 ga. (.050")
Material: Brass, Mild steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys.
