Tex-Fin
offers a variety of extended surface tubes to exact specifications
that provide maximum service and heat transfer performance.
We
have the added capability to supply assemblies with ASME code fabrication
to either "U" or "S" stamp certifications; bending capabilities
are also offered for finned J-canes, hairpins, serpentine and helical
coils.

Our
solid fin, in the form of a metal strip, is helically wound
around the specified pipe/tube and continuously welded to the
tube using the Thermatool High
Frequency weld process. |
Our
serrated fin is a metal strip that has been serrated or cut
and then helically wound around the specified pipe/tube. The
fin is then continuously welded to the tubular base using the
Thermatool High
Frequency weld process. |

Our
longitudinal fin, in the form of a U-shaped fin channel, is
resistance welded along the tube's
longitudinal axis.

Produced at our Crockett facility, aluminum is our fastest growing
finned tube product line. From Canada to South America and to
the Pacific Rim, Tex-Fin's quality aluminum L-Foot tubing competes
in the after market serviced by the OEM. All finned tubes are
packaged to meet both domestic and export packaging requirements.
